Terms of Service
These terms govern your use of Vorne.ai, operated by Digitize LLC - FZ, Dubai, United Arab Emirates. By creating an account you agree to them.
The service
Vorne.ai helps you improve how your site is found in search and in AI answers. It analyses sites you are authorised to analyse, proposes work, drafts content, and publishes only what you approve.
Your account
You must give accurate details, keep your credentials secure, and be responsible for what happens under your account. You must be authorised to act for the organisation you register.
What you may run it against
You may only submit sites, stores and accounts you own or are authorised to act for. You are responsible for having that authority.
Your content
Your content stays yours. You grant us the licence needed to host and process it in order to run the service for you, and nothing broader. We do not use your workspace content to train models for other customers.
Approvals and publishing
Nothing is published to your site without an approval recorded against a named person in your workspace. Automated actions operate inside the limits you configure. You remain responsible for what you approve.
Acceptable use
Our Acceptable Use Policy forms part of these terms. In short: no spam, no deception, no attempts to manipulate ranking or citation systems through fabricated signals, and nothing unlawful.
Fees
Plans are billed per workspace, per month, in advance, in US dollars, and shown exclusive of any taxes that apply to you. There are no long-term contracts; you can cancel at any time. Refunds are covered by our Refund Policy.
Availability
We work to keep the service available and will tell you about planned maintenance where we reasonably can. Unless a separate written agreement says otherwise, the service is provided without an uptime guarantee.
What we do not promise
Search engines and AI assistants decide independently what to rank and what to cite. We do not control them, and no one honestly can. We do not guarantee any ranking, any citation, any traffic figure or any revenue outcome. Anyone who does is selling you something they cannot deliver.
Liability
To the extent the law allows, neither party is liable for indirect or consequential loss, and our total liability in any twelve-month period is limited to the fees you paid us in that period. Nothing here excludes liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
Suspension and termination
You may stop using the service at any time. We may suspend or end access for breach of these terms or the Acceptable Use Policy, or where required by law. On termination you can export your data for a reasonable period before it is deleted.
Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Emirate of Dubai and the federal laws of the United Arab Emirates, and disputes are subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates.
