This policy explains when you can get money back from Digitize LLC - FZ for Vorne.ai. It sits alongside our Terms of Service.

Try it without paying

The AI visibility audit is free and needs no card. We would rather you saw what the product finds on your own site before paying for anything.

Monthly plans

Plans are billed monthly in advance and you can cancel at any time.

• **Cancel whenever you like.** Your plan stays active until the end of the period you have already paid for, and it does not renew after that.
• **Fourteen days on your first payment.** If the first month on a paid plan is not what you expected, tell us within 14 days of that first charge and we will refund it in full.
• **Part-months are not refunded** after the first-payment window, because the plan remains available to you for the rest of the period you paid for.

When we will refund outside that

We would rather be fair than technically correct. If we charged you in error, billed you after a cancellation, or the service was materially unavailable for a sustained period, tell us and we will put it right.

Enterprise agreements

Where a separate written agreement exists, that agreement governs and takes precedence over this page.

How to ask

Email info@digitizeuae.com from the address on the account, or ask through the workspace. Tell us the workspace name and what happened. We aim to respond within two business days, and approved refunds go back to the original payment method, normally within ten business days depending on your bank.

Taxes

Any taxes charged are refunded with the payment they were charged on, where the applicable rules allow.
