Subprocessors
Digitize LLC - FZ uses a small number of third parties to run Vorne.ai. Each processes data only to provide its part of the service, under contract.
Categories we use
- Cloud infrastructure and hosting, to run the application, database and object storage.
- AI providers, to analyse content and produce drafts when you run a check or ask for content.
- Payment processing, to take payment. Card details go to the processor, not to us.
- Email delivery, to send verification, notification and invitation messages.
- Error and performance monitoring, to detect and diagnose faults.
- Website analytics, to measure how visitors use our public website, only for visitors who allow it. This is Google Analytics, and it receives no workspace data.
Where to get the current list
The specific providers in each category, and the regions they operate in, change as the service grows. Ask info@digitizeuae.com for the current named list and we will send it. We will tell account holders before adding a subprocessor that materially changes how personal data is handled, so you have the opportunity to object.
