Acceptable Use Policy
This policy forms part of the Terms of Service for Vorne.ai, operated by Digitize LLC - FZ.
The short version
Vorne exists to help you earn attention honestly. Anything that works by deceiving a person, a search engine or an AI system is out of scope, and we will not build it or allow it.
You may not use Vorne to
- Publish content you know to be false, or claims you cannot evidence.
- Create fake reviews, fake testimonials, fake personas or astroturfed discussion.
- Buy, exchange or manufacture links or mentions intended to simulate genuine endorsement.
- Operate against sites, stores or accounts you are not authorised to act for.
- Bypass access restrictions, rate limits, robots directives or a platform's terms.
- Scrape or process personal data unlawfully.
- Publish content that is unlawful, infringing, harassing, or that exploits or endangers anyone.
Authorisation
Running an audit or connecting a store asserts that you are authorised to do so. That assertion is recorded.
Enforcement
We may investigate suspected breaches and suspend access where we find them. Serious or repeated breaches end the agreement. Where the law requires it, we report.
